Maintenance and Exchange Fee Cancellation – Reimburses vacation owners for certain non-refundable and unused maintenance and exchange fees if their trip is cancelled for a covered reason.
Maintenance and Exchange Fee Interruption – Reimburses vacation owners for a prorated portion of the maintenance and exchange fees if their vacation is interrupted for a covered reason.

24-Hour Emergency Assistance Services – Provides free access to 24-Hour Emergency Assistance Services such as medical and legal referral, emergency prescription refill and emergency cash transfer assistance.
Roadside Assistance – While traveling to and from their vacation within the United States, owners can call a toll-free number to receive emergency roadside assistance. Covered services include towing, flat-tire, collision and key lockout assistance, and more
