To be considered for brand use, the entity must live up to Stratland's thirty year heritage of excellence and distinction, quality, uniqueness, financial stability and have a superior track record. Each company can market their own fine products under the Stratland Homes name and also have the ability to cross market with other Stratland family members worldwide.
