reporting

• VSM can run reports to highlight, which emails have been opened, and a further response sent to non-responders. Attempted openings can be limited to a certain number before the security key is removed. It can also allow one-off openings making it ideal for pay per view events.
• Reporting on scheduled or ad hoc basis. Real time analysis of current communication status. Invisible read receipt of openings or attempted openings.
• If a communication is not opened in a specified period, then a further response can be sent out.

recipient

• No requirement for pre-installed client software.
• Recipients use their preferred email client, incl. MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Hotmail etc.
• Vsm is secure from database to desktop and only un-encrypts at the point of key receipt.

security

• Uses 448 bit Blowfish encryption.
• Username and password verification.
• If passwords are changed old emails can still be opened but only using the new password.
• Hierarchy of accounts, privileged users can open lower level user's emails.
