Verify EMail Guard is on and functioning.

MORE INFO

By default, when your eMail Guard feature is created, the virus and Spam filtering protection are on and active. To verify, perform the following steps:

  1. Log into your WebMail account as normal (Clicking on the link provided in your eMail Guard service activation e-mail will take you to your Message Center).
  2. If you are in your WebMail then, click on the Email Guard tab.
  3. Both lights (Junk Email and the Virus) will be green.
  4. If either light is red, you need to turn on that feature. Follow the steps for Virus Protection and E-mail Filtering setup.
  5. If you have any e-mail messages in your Message Center, then eMail Guard is functioning properly.

Note: When the account is first created, you will not have any messages in your Message Center.
