It is suggested that if you don't already have a pair and a strong kicker or 4 of either a flush or straight it is best to fold and wait for the next hand! After the 2nd round of betting is completed the dealer lays the 4th community card face up on the centre of the table. This card is referred to as the "Turn" card. Another round of betting ensues and at this point players have made their strongest poker hand or perhaps some players are bluffing and await the ever important "River Card". In this betting round the bets are double the original bet. Each person again has a chance to check a bet, raise a bet or fold.

The final community card is now dealt face up to the centre of the table. This card is known as the River Card. Hands are made or broken on this card. Bets are also double the original bet so proceed with caution at this point. The online texas holdem players left in the hand have the opportunity to raise the bet, check the bet or fold. After everyone at the table has completed the final betting round the remaining players show their cards for their best texas holdem poker hand. The highest poker hand wins the pot and a new game begins.
