Casa Mariana Orgiva
"Finca Las Marianas" is a big, typical andalusian farm
with never-ending olive groves and needy prepared vegetable gardens.
The owners, a friendly Spanish couple, rent the 100 sqm first floor
of the main house to holiday guests.
This apartment called CASA MARIANA offers his own swimming pool
with outside shower to sole use to the apartment guests ( 1,70
meter deep and size is 7 x 5 meters)
Apart from the pool there are two terraces.
One is 10 x 5 meters roof terrace that offers lots of sun and magnificent
views. The other one is covered, shady and between the private entrance
door to the apartment and the pool.
The rental property is reached by a small path (separate to the
owner's access) along the pool to the roofed terrace. This terrace
is very good builders work: A mixture of river stones from the close
"river Guadalfeo" and traditional andalusian bricks. There
are garden furniture, a bank and a bricked barbecue at guest's disposal.From
here you enter the private entrance of the apartment by a staircase.
The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and
a big, separate kitchen. In south direction there is the living
room with couches at the crystal chimney, the table for to eat and
the exit to the huge south- and sun terrace.
The sun terrace is
view protected to all the directions, very tasteful tiled and furnished
with garden chairs and sun couches. Even after sunset a marvellous
place under the clear andalusian sky. An incomparable place for
full respiration and total relax.
"Las Marianas"is settled
apart from the local lane between fields and olive groves. The farm
has access by a small dust road (about 150 meters).
A parking is
25 meters away from the entrance at the east side of the house near
the owner's entrance.
Children and adults can move library on the
farm. There are hens and canaries to see, sometimes the owner has even
donkeys and mules.
Orgiva with supermarkets and restaurants, banks
with ATM's and medical help is 5 minutes by car. Malaga airport
is 2 hours by car, Almeria airport 2, 5 hours. Granada airport (by
Madrid or Barcelona) is a 1 hour drive.

Pets are accepted, but please advice when you do the booking. For
cleaning 40, - EUR a week is charged for each animal. A refundable
deposit of 150,- EUR is required (JUST IN CASE OF PETS)
High season is from 01.07 to 31.08, Eastern. Children count as persons
if they need their own bed. (Except a cot).Fire wood is made available
for the first day and computed afterwards specially (9, - EUR barrow)
