surrounded by green lawns and olive orchards with a private swimming
pool near to the house. The entire 2 hectare property is secluded
form view and offers an idyllic retreat for those seeking a
quiet, peaceful and relaxing holiday. An added bonus is its proximity
to Orgiva, the main town of the Alpujarras, a 5 minute drive and
an ideal place for shopping, banks, bars, restaurants and medical
requirements. Granada or the coast are between 40 and 60 minutes
drive.
The grounds belonging to the house are particularly impressive,
with beautiful aromas wafting from the orange blossom and the plethora
of flowers and bushes. There is also a gentle trickling sound from
the property's own water source which visitors find very pleasant
while relaxing outdoors or sunbathing around the pool. It's an absolute
paradise!
The interior of the house has been furnished with excellent taste
to create a cosy, rustic feel whilst providing well-equipped
and comfortable accommodation. The windows and doors have been beautifully
restored in wood and the ceilings are in the traditional style with
eucalyptus beams against a crisp whitewashed finish.
The house has 2 bedrooms and a large lounge with open plan
kitchen and a corner with sofas next to the open fireplace. There
is also an attractive covered terrace at the front of the house
with garden furniture and a view of the gardens and pool, perfect
for relaxing out of the sun. There is parking space right next to
the house.

Minimum stay - 7 days
Firewood in winter - provided for the first day, subsequently 9,-
EUR a barrow.
Swimming pool all year around possible.
Pets with special permision. A refundable deposit of 150
EUR is required.
