CORTIJO EL TOMATERO Orgiva
Directly beneath the small town of Orgiva, and two minutes walk from
the Rio Guadalfeo the 5000 square meter estate, and house, stands
amongst the palm trees.
The free standing country house has a comfortable
salon with open kitchen and direct exit to two terraces and the
garden behind the house.
There are two large bedrooms.
Here an extensive,
green and even lawn extends up to the pool.
The round swimming pool
(diameter 6 meters) is surrounded by trees and hedges forming a
private bathing area. So far as the weather it permits the pool
is available in all seasons.
The country house is in the traditional
style of the region with timber ceilings and terracotta floors.
It is in good taste and well furnished.
Parking is directly before
the house.
Both the environment and the situation of the holiday
house offer the opportunity of a perfect experience of nature, much
peace and a beautiful view on the surrounding mountains.
Orgiva,
where there are all types of shops, can be reached by means of path
15 minutes or with the car in 5 minutes.
The drive to the beach
of Salobreña takes only 30 minutes, to Granada 45 minutes
and into the White Mountain villages of the Alpujarras less than
30 minutes.
