CORTIJO EL OLIVAR Orgiva
Cortijo el Olivar consists of three attractive holiday homes situated
in the tranquil countryside near to the town of Orgiva. The houses,
all sleeps 4 - 5 are styled in the traditional Andalusian manner
and are separated from one another by their own private gardens
extending to over 100 meters. All the houses have 2 bedrooms and
parking spaces nearby with paths leading to each house.
The interiors are also very traditional, with terracotta flooring
and beautifully tiled kitchens and bathrooms. The overall atmosphere
is one of cosy, rustic simplicity with a touch of rural elegance.
Each house has its own terrace with unrestricted views of the surrounding
lawns and orchards. The garden is a good place both for relaxing
and for children to play and has an appeal for group holidays or
for single families.
There is a large "Alberca" (an unfiltered water basin,
similar to, but much bigger than, a swimming pool that is
even used for watering) in the grounds of "Cortijo El Olivar",
which is for the use and enjoyment of all three houses. Next to
the pool there is a terrace for sunbathing and also a shaded area
for relaxing out of the sun. Garden furniture and sun lounge's are
provided.
Orgiva is 5 minutes away by car and 20 minutes on foot and a good
place for shopping, bars and restaurants, banks and medical supplies.
There is also a lively market there every Thursday for fresh fruit
and vegetables and a good selection of local produce. The nearest
beaches are 45 minute's drive away and the beautiful city of Granada
and The Alhambra Palace is 50 minute's drive.

OFF SEASON 420,- EUR / £ 290 per week
Prices for 4 persons - a 5th persons is 10,- EUR/night extra.
Minimum stay - 2 days
Fire wood is not included in the price and can be bought for EUR
9 the barrow.
