With a reservation the customer accepts the following general trading conditions of Andalucia Natural:

Reservation
A reservation is made through the payment of a reservation fee to Andalucia Natural that is deducted from the total price. The remainder is paid in Spain at the beginning of the holiday and/or course directly to the house owner and/or to the course organizer.
Upon receipt of the reservation fee we immediately send you a confirmation with detailed information about the booked house or course, remaining amounts to pay and journey conditions.

Payment
Payment can be by a transfer to our bank account or by credit card.
Reservation fees for holiday houses should reach us within 4-5 days, so that we can guarantee a problem-free reservation. We recommend that you fax or e-mail paying-in slips/receipts so that we can immediately place a firm booking with the owner or organizer for you.

Season times
We follow the different season times of the house owners and course organizers. More exact information is available with the quotations.

Times of arrival and departure
Apart of special agreements the time you may arrive at the property is between 17.00 and 22.00 on the start day. However the owner will have been advised of your approximate arrival time, which we will ask you for two weeks before the beginning of your holidays.
You will have to leave the property before 11.00 on the day of your departure.

Cancellation
Cancellations must take place in writing. If you cancel more than 42 days/6 weeks before the holiday begins there are no more further costs. With a later cancellation the full price is to be paid. The reservation fee can only be returned if a cancellation on the part of Andalucia Natural takes place.
In this case we offer alternative accommodation of an equal standard or refund all payments. We highly recommend the conclusion of travel insurance.

Number of persons
The number of persons may not be over that indicated in the booking form. Should a higher number of persons, than booked for stay at the holiday facility, the landlord have the right to cancel the reservation or to demand payment for the extra guests?

Pets / Deposits
For clients who wish to take their pets on holiday with them, prior arrangements must be made with us and the case has to be mentioned in the booking form.
A refundable deposit of 150, - € is to be paid to the owner on arrival when you bring your pets with you. For some properties this deposit is payable for every booking. In both cases this will be refunded on departure, subject to reduction for breakages or damage.

Responsibility
Andalucia Natural informs themselves in detail about standards and quality of the offered accommodation. Nevertheless Andalucia Natural acts only as a mediator and can take no responsibility for the actions of owners or organizers.
We recommend expressly the purchase of travel and liability insurance to all vacation participants.
The customer is responsible for the return of the accommodation in a good and tidy condition. We ask that you treat the accommodation with care.
The customer has complete responsibility for any damage done to the property. The use of the rented property, in particular the use of the swimming pools is at your own risk.
Standard in general, electricity, plumbing and water supplies have different level than in northern Europe. Power cuts, water shortages and traffic problems happen in Andalucia. Responsibility in that cases can not be taken by Andalucia Natural ort the property owners.

Equipment of the property
If it is not mentioned in the property description all linen and bathroom towels are included. Pool/beach towels and tea towels are not provided.
Gas, water and electricity for normal general consumption is included. The type of heating is mentioned in the description and where none is mentioned, heating is not available.
Usually heating costs especially for fire wood are not included in the rental.

Complaints
We hope that all our customers will be happy with their rental. But should this not be the case please contact our office in Spain. This gives us the chance to solve any problems during your stay. The lettings and reservations are made by Andalucia Natural in the name of the respective owners and/or organizers. The contract exists between the customer and the owner of the property and/or the organizer of a course when a reservation is present. Andalucia Natural acts only as a mediator for the owners and/or organizers.
The contract enters into force as soon as Andalucia Natural confirms the reservation.
