Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Program Deadline Nears
The deadline for the Fulbright Scholar-in-Resident Program is October 14, 2005.  U.S. institutions of higher education are invited to submit proposals to host Fulbright lecturers from abroad for the 2006-2007 academic year. Preference is given to institutions that are traditionally less involved in international exchange programs, including hosting visiting scholars and/or those colleges and universities serving minority audiences.

Citizen Exchanges
The Office of Citizen Exchaqnges, in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs manages
professional, youth, and cultural
programs through grants with non-profit American institutions, including community organizations, professional associations, and universities. This partnership benefits thousands of Americans and foreign visitors taking part in exchanges at the grassroots level, both in the U.S. and abroad.
