Vancouver Island is a 90 minute ferry ride away from the
greater Vancouver. The island is approximately 300 kilometers long.
British Columbia's picturesque capital city of Victoria is located at the
south end of the island. Long Beach is situated on the west side of
the island and stretches from Tofino to Ucluelet.
Vancouver's ferry terminals are situated at Horseshoe Bay,
north west of Vancouver and Tsawwassen, which is directly south.
