Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (Book 5)
by Authors: J.K. Rowling, Mary GrandPré

Hardcover

Average Customer Rating:

Almost Perfect!

This continuation of the Harry Potter series is just excellent! The new plot and the whole zunch of new characters presented are great, but this book dont reaches the greatness and the perfection of its predecesor The Goblet of Fire, but anyway it is a very sticking read and its pretty long. Harry Potter is now a teenager and he has to endure one of the most important challenges in his life: losing a person he loved.

Harry Potter and The order of the Phoenix

Genre:fantasy
Tree sentence summary:While Harry Potter is at his uncles house. The judges from Howard Magical School are deciding if he is guilty or innocent, from protecting himself from his cousin.
What I liked most about the book:In the story was that there was alot of helping.LIke for example friends,Ron, Hermiony, Harry. They helped themselvs alot.
What I didn't like, and why?In the story there were alot of conflicts. So, you had to look around for clues, because they didn't tell you directly.
My favorite character and why:Well for me the best character in the story is Harry Potter because he uses alot of courage, and he has alot of confidence. He stood up for himself.
The scene, line, or passage that meant something to me and why(page number).Harry-
Dumbeldores just arrive at the ministry hes trying to work it allout.(there are alot of helping.)page-28
What would I say about this book to someone else:
That it may take time to read it, because once you start to resd the book you cant stop.
One question I have afteer reading this book:Did Harry really had confident in him?
My strongest reason for reccomending this book:It keeps you guessing. So readers get the book when your'e not expecting anytihg because you won't stop!

Harry Potter: more for children than me

This book is alright. It is kind of dark but i think it is still a good book for children. This is when Harry gets to be a very emaotional teenager. He gets angry at almost every thing he looks at towards the end of the book. And for good reason. Harry Potters god Father had died from the death eaters,
Voldemorts "minjons". Also his new defense against the dark arts teacher, Professor Umbrigde, completely loaths him. She believes he is a lying sniff about Voldemort coming to power and she seems to punish him for it. Although in the end she gets whats coming to her. He is also accused of doing magic illeagaly out side of school. He was tring to defend himself from some dementors attacking his cousin and him. Luckily Dumbledore gets him out of it. Well all this leads up to the end where he trys to stop the death eaters at the ministry. this book was pretty good and I would probably recomend it for someone who has read the previous Harry Potter books.
