Satellite Solutions will accept returns on satellite systems
only at the time of install
or if the equipment boxes are unopened.
We will NOT accept returns on televisions. For all other electronics
please refer to the following guidelines: 1.)
You must return the original box intact with all components
(cables, batteries, instructions, etc.).
2.) All components must be
in like-new condition.
3.) All returns must be accompanied
by the original customer receipt and will only be granted
to the purchaser whose name appears on the work order.
4.) Equipment is not eligible
to be returned if the UPC code for the box is missing and
the rebate form has been submitted.
5.) At our discretion, we
may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing
items or items that we determine are damaged or require
service.
DO NOT return your equipment after 15 days of purchase.
If you return your equipment after 15 days of purchase,
you are not entitled to receive a refund and your equipment
will not be returned to you.
