VeriSecureMail is a high security, real time, encryption wrapper that allows organisations to send digital
information securely to their intended recipient via an email. It can be used with all operating systems.
The recipient does not need any special software to be able to use it; all he requires is the correct user
name and password to open the package. This can then be opened any number of times. If at a later date access
is required to historic emails you can open them with your most up to date password.
The VSM technology can be used with simple emails, with attachments such as contracts or settlement details,
and with bulk email systems. This means that when integrated with accounting database systems, batch e-invoices
can be sent out securely. HM Customs & Excise have given approval to Protx client's using the VSM pdf security
format that the pdf document sent can be used by a recipient to claim VAT input tax.
Where compliance is an issue there is the ability to track all emails, generate full audit trails as well as
the facility to put in place a hierarchy account system to allow opening of emails with lower level passwords.
VSM is easily integrated with all the current Internet payment systems using credit or debit cards etc. As
such VSM can be used to send out secure PIN Numbers or tokens to allow access to other applications.
