In order to view and print out the application forms you may need the freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader. You may download Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website. Please refer to the Adobe Acrobat Reader website for further help with Acrobat. Upon opening the file you can type the required information directly into the form. However, the information you type into the form cannot be saved unless the user system has the full version of Adobe Acrobat. You MUST print out the form to save it. The full version of Adobe Acrobat is NOT the same application as the Adobe Acrobat Reader mentioned above.

Students assigned to domestic posts (outside of the Washington D.C. area) should bring the appropriate forms to orientation.
Students assigned overseas or to field offices should bring the appropriate forms when entering on duty.
