Thayer’s is located in Annandale, MN just minutes West of the Twin Cities and 20 South East of St. Cloud, Minnesota.

 

We are available for your small wedding 365 days a year. We offer Wedding packages as well as many  options for  weddings, commitment ceremonies, vow renewals and receptions. Thayer's B&B is a graceful, elegant and private Old West Victorian setting.  

 

Our promise is to create an experience for you and your guests that is uniquely yours. Come to where old western hospitality and style mix with today's conveniences and individual needs.

 

We are flexible and offer a variety of services:

When having a reception at Thayer's, you will experience unequaled cuisine, rich in flavor and presentation.  Every effort is made to accommodate special dietary needs or restricted diets and we offer organic & range foods when we can. Many guests claim we have “the finest food available in the area.”

  • Our Old West Victorian setting is a lovely backdrop for your ceremony and whether you choose the living room, dining room or our gardens - your photographs will be stunning! 

  • Sharon Gammell and her professional staff, have over one hundred fifteen years in restaurants, catering, hospitality and service industries; they pledge to use all of that experience and knowledge to make sure that your day is the best possible. 

  • Having Sharon Gammell officiate your wedding is pretty cool, she is a psychic and a minister!

  • We appreciate that you may just want to get married, nothing formal, nothing super fancy;  just the two of you with a quiet, romantic ceremony.  Check out the the  "We want a Simple Wedding" package.

  • Thayer's is the most fantastic place for an alcohol-free event! We are happy to accommodate you with non-alcoholic sparkling ciders, wines and beers plus hard to find sodas; we do not carry a liquor, wine or beer license. Let Sharon know in advance if you have a favorite non-alcoholic beverage, she will do her very best to get it for you.

 

Thayer's Afternoon Luncheons, Teas and dessert receptions are ideal for Anniversary celebrations, Showers, and  Gift Openings!

 

Dinner receptions work well for Rehearsals, Grooms dinner, Proms, business gatherings or a Family reunion.
