Friends of Australian libraries

Many Australian libraries are supported by their networks of
friends, volunteers and other supporters - promoting libraries and fostering
community support for their activities. They are a great way of finding out
more about libraries, their collections and services - and in some cases, the
"Friends" even help out with library operations.
'Find your library'
and ask about joining their friends organisation today! Libraries within the
Gateway can link directly from the Gateway entry to their "Friends" - use the
'Advanced search' option
to search specifically for libraries with links to their friends.
