Sea State: very rough decaying rough.

Weather: rain at times.
Visibility: moderate or good.
Sea State: moderate or rough.

Rattray Head to Berwick on Tweed.

Wind: northwest 6 or 7, decreasing 4 or 5 by morning, backing southwest later.
Weather: rain then showers.
Visibility: moderate or good.
Sea State: moderate or rough.
Outlook for the following 24 hours:

Fresh or strong westerly winds on Tuesday with gales off north Scotland. Lighter winds for English Channel. Fresh or strong northwest winds on Wednesday and Thursday, but lighter off Irish Sea coasts, Wales and the Southwest.
