Members of Telecommunications Regulators Association of Southern Africa (TRASA) participate in a workshop to positively influence telecommunication policy and regulation in their countries.

For more than 30 years, USAID has played a leadership role in applying ICT to development. While some of the key programs and activities are no longer active, they are still important in understanding USAID's history in this field.
