We are the official Wellington i-SITE Visitor information and travel centre, operated by Positively Wellington Tourism and are part of New Zealand's official Visitor Information Network (i-SITE).
We can give you advice on Wellington tours, activities and accommodation and book them for you. We can also help you plan and book a full New Zealand tour. We can arrange reservations for travel by train, coach, ferry and some domestic flights.

Our Visitor Centre is located on the corner of Victoria and Wakefield Streets, in Civic Square. While you are at the Wellington i-SITE Visitor Centre, visit the Simply NZ store for souvenirs and gifts. You can e-mail your friends and family back home at our E-Mail facility and enjoy Wellington's famous cafe culture at Nui Espresso.
We are open everyday except Christmas Day.
- Weekdays: 8.30am - 5.00pm, except Thursdays opening at 9.00am. December - April open until 6.00pm.
