Internet courses are offered through web access to the ETSU course

for Internet courses is completed in the same way as
traditional courses. Students must be
admitted
to the
university before registration. Once registered for an Internet course,
most or all of the course work can be completed through participation in
the Blackboard Learning System course site. In some cases a few
class meetings may be required.

ITV courses is offered each semester.

In ITV courses students attend classes on the same schedule as
traditional courses. Each remote classroom is staffed by a classroom
facilitator. Courier services are provided for student/faculty materials
delivery for all ITV courses to all remote classrooms on a
daily schedule.
Video courses are pre-taped courses supplemented with written
materials. Students receive the tape set and written materials as course
