Shipping Policy |
BabyFactoryUSA ships orders via UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service and various freight carriers. All items are shipped via ground service unless you choose and pay for an upgraded service.
Shipping Days
FedEx ground delivers Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx air delivers Monday through Friday. UPS ground and air delivers Monday through Friday. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday. Freight carriers will contact the provided telephone number to schedule delivery.
Shipping Destinations
Home delivery within 48 contiguous states. Most orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS & USPS and will be delivered within 4 to 7 business days (depending on the destination) for a flat $6.95 shipping fee.
The following are a list of exceptions:
·Post Office Boxes
·Private mail boxing locations
·International locations (excluding Canada)
·Hotels / Motels
·Trade Shows / Conventions / Conferences
Order processing time
Processing your order is our #1 priority. Order processing takes up to 1 - 4 business days. After processing, orders ship via the method specified during checkout. Ground orders generally arrive within 2 - 5 business days of shipping, but please allow up to 7 business days. Next day and 2nd day orders must be placed by 12:00 PM eastern time to be shipped the same business day.
Special Order Processing time
Bedding and certain furniture items are marked with the specific turnaround time. Selecting express shipping services only expedites the shipping time and does not alter the processing times for a particular product.
Handling/processing fee
At BabyFactoryUSA.com, we do not charge a standard handling or processing fee. For items that are bulky or above a certain weight, a handling fee does apply, which will only be applied on customer authorization.
Out of Stock / Back Order
We work extremely hard to update our inventory everyday, however If we run out of stock of a particular item, we will hold your order open for at least ten business days while we wait for new stock to arrive. If an order is still unable to ship after ten business days, our customer service will contact you with information regarding when you can expect your order. Please contact us if you experience any shipping delays or you do not receive tracking information promptly.
Please note: Not all products are available for overnight or 2nd day express shipping. The
Shipping Returns: Incorrect Address or Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery or is returned because of incorrect address provided, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by BabyFactoryUSA. Once the package is returned due to the above reasons, the shipping charges are not credited back to the customer. |
