What
is ASIA CyberBanking?
ASIA CyberBanking is an internet-based
banking service that allows
Bank of Asia's customers to do their own bank transaction on-line
from any
computer in the world that has internet access.
How can
I apply?
Apply
On-line: The fastest way to apply
The fastest way to apply
is to apply On-line, as you will get user-id and password in seconds
(real time)
1. Go to http://www.BankAsia4u.com
2. Click "ASIA CyberBanking Apply On-line"
3. Identify yourself with your Bank of Asia's ATM card number
and its PIN or with your ASIA VISA Electron card number and
its PIN.
4. Enter your current e-mail address.
5. Specify your own user-id and password. (Verify your password
by rekeying it).
6. Click "Submit"
Apply at Branches:
1. Obtain application form
from any Bank of Asia's branch or download from here..>>
2. Fill out the form and submit it at any Bank of Asia's branch
nearest you.
3. Your will receive your user id via e-mail address that you
specified on your application.
4. In the application form, please specify whether you want
the password to be mailed to you OR you want to pick up your
password at BOA branch.
5. We recommend you to log in to ASIA CyberBanking and change
your user-id and password (one at a time) to the ones you can
remember.
How
can I start using ASIA CyberBanking?
Forget
your User Id?
(1) Via Internet : Follow
the same instruction as for Apply On-line
to re-specify your new user id.

(2) Via Telephone:
Call ASIA Phone at 0-2285-1555
Forget
your Password?
Follow the same instruction
as for Apply On-line to re-specify your new password.
Log In
1. Click the ASIA CyberBanking
button on the top left corner of the first page of http://www.bankasia4u.com
2. Click "ENTER" button on the screen to see the log
in page
3. Enter your user id and password.
4. If you log in for the first time, please read the terms and
conditions and click "agree" if you accept to use
ASIA CyberBanking under these terms.
How
can I do banking transactions on-line?
Account
Summary
Check your balances and transactions
for your savings, current, fixed, loan, credit cards, ATM, and
VISA Electron.
Account Summary is the first page you see after you have logged
in. Every account and card you have with Bank of Asia will be
automatically listed. You can check the balances of your savings,
current or fixed account, and look at the transactions made by
your credit, ATM or VISA Electron cards.
1.Choose from the pull-down
menu and click View Account, or
2.Click to Account Summary page again to choose another item
Account
Inquiry.
You can choose the date or
a range of days to display your account and transaction details
from an on-line real time statement.
1. To view the account
of a particular period, fill the dates that you want in the
"To" and "From" boxes. Click Submit The
date must be within the past 60 days.
2. You will see all the account details of the period requested.
Save
Your Account details
You can save your account
details as text file for later viewing.
1. Click Download Statement
as Text file
2. This will bring up a window for you to save your account
as text file.
3. Click OK to save the file on your personal computer.
Printing
Your Account details
You can print your account
details for reference.
1. Left click anywhere
on the screen and choose Print.
2. Choose Print from file menu.
Bill
Payment
You can transfer fund to
pay your bill on-line, real-time. And best of all – it’s free*!
You can pay for your mobile phone, pager, Asia Visa, Electricity,
tuition fees and many more. We are always adding more vendors
for your greater convenient.
1. Click Bill Payment button
from top right-hand menu.
2. Click the category of products and services that you would
like pay for, such as Credit Cards, Electricity, Goods, Government,
Internet, Mobile, Pager, Securities, Stored Value, Tuition Fee
and many other services.
To pay your bills, you
need to have the invoices from respective vendors. To add money
to stored value card, such as ATM Asia CyberBanking and I-kool
cards, you need your card number.
Example 1: Pay your mobile
phone bill
1. Click Mobile.
2. You will see the logo of the product under each category.
Click the one that you want to make payment. For example if
your phone is GSM2watts, click the GSM logo.
3. Enter the customer id and reference number as appear on your
invoice.
4. Choose the account that you want to deduct money from in
the pull-down menu.
5. Enter the amount due as appear in your invoice. Please remember
to include decimal point.
6. Click Submit.
7. You will ask to confirm your payment to the vendor. Please
check the details carefully before clicking Confirm. If you
want to make changes or discontinue the transfer, click Cancel.
8. The system will display confirmation message stating that
your transfer has been completed.
9. [Optional] You can click Create Cyber Receipt to display
receipt.
Note: To check the correctness of your transfer, you can either
check from Account Summary or call Asia Phone at 0-2285-1555.
*Currently, only the Business Registration service charges 15
Baht per transaction. As for other products, you are not required
to pay transaction charge.
Funds
Transfer
1. Click Funds Transfer
button from top right-hand menu.
2. You will a see a page for you to choose the account from
which you want to deduct the money and another account to which
you want to deposit the money.
3. Choose the account from which you want to deduct money in
the first pull-down menu.
4. Choose the account from which you want to deposit money from
the second pull-down menu.
5. Type the amount of money for the transfer in the Transfer
Amount box. Please remember to include decimal point. Click
Submit.
6. You will see a page asking you to confirm your transfer request.
Please check the details and if all correct, click Confirm.
If you want to make changes or discontinue the transfer, click
Cancel.
7. The system will display confirmation message stating that
your transfer has been completed.
8. [Optional] You can click Create Cyber Receipt to display
a receipt page.
Note: To check the correctness of your transfer, you can either check
from Account Summary or call ASIA Phone at 0-2285-1555.
Stop
Cheque
You can stop your issued
cheque via ASIA CyberBanking.
1. Stop your cheque by
clicking Other Services button on the top right-hand menu.
2. Choose Stop Cheque.
3. Choose the Current account that you have issued the particular
cheque from the pull-down menu.
4. Enter the cheque number that you want to stop.
5. Click Submit.
What
are services for corporate customers?
Import
/ Export services
To use this service, you
have to sign Trade Agreement with Bank of Asia first. There are
3 sections for this service: Import, Export and Remittance. For
more information, please contact Trade Finance Department at 0-2286-3853.
- Import
Allows you to issue, edit and settle your L/C on-line. For client’s
utmost security, Import service enables you to register 2 different
users as a maker and an authorizer. Maker will be the one preparing
the on-line document to submit to authorizer. Authorize once
checks that the request is correct, will approve the L/C.
- Export
Allows you to view your incoming L/C on-line. The full details
of the incoming L/C will be displayed.
Remittance
You can transfer money overseas
at lower fee than done at counter. Simply fill in your request
on-line and fax supporting document to Trade Finance department
(fax number will be shown on the page). Your request will be executed
as soon as all documents are ready.
What
else can I do in ASIA CyberBanking?
You can register to use ASIA
M-Banking from ASIA CyberBanking. With ASIA M-Banking, you can enjoy
the same services as ASIA CyberBanking on a mobile phone.
You need to have a mobile phone that is WAP (Wireless Access Protocol)
enabled, or with MobileLife’s Sim-tool-kit. For more details on
ASIA M-Banking service, please refer to ASIA M-Banking FAQs.
Apply
for ASIA M-Banking
- Applying
for ASIA M-Banking service for ASIACyberBanking users.
1. You can register for
your ASIA M-Banking service by clicking the ASIA M-Banking button
on the top right-hand menu.
2. Choose Register ASIA M-Banking.
3. Enter own M-banking password (6-8 numeric only) and re-enter
to verify.
4. Click Submit
5. You are now ready to use ASIA M-Banking.
Note: The username
for ASIA CyberBanking and ASIA M-Banking is the same, but the
password is different. ASIA M-Banking allows numeric password
only.
- Applying for ASIA M-Banking
service for non-ASIA CyberBanking users.
1. First you have to apply
for both Asia CyberBanking and Asia M-Banking (using one same
application form).
2. Then with Asia CyberBanking account, you can register for Asia
M-Banking service by following the steps in Applying for Asia
M-Banking service for Asia CyberBanking users.
Chang
ASIA M-Banking password.
1. Under ASIA M-Banking,
click Change ASIA M-Banking password.
2. Enter your old password.
3. Enter your new password and re-enter to verify.
4. Click Submit
5. If your password have been changed correctly, you will see
the Successful Completion page.
Note: Your ASIA M-Banking
password has to be numeric and at least 6 characters long.
Change
User ID
For security purpose, do
change your User ID regularly.
1. You can change your
User ID by clicking Other Services button on the top right-hand
menu.
2. Choose Change User ID.
3. Enter your password. (This is to ensure that you’re the true
owner of the account)
4. Enter your new User ID. Your User ID can be both alphabetic
and numeric. User ID must be at least 4 characters long. You
can not use Thai alphabets.
5. Re-enter your new User ID to verify.
6. Click
7. Please Sign Off and access Asia CyberBanking again with your
new User ID.
Change
Password
For security purpose, do
change your password regularly.
1. You can change your
password by clicking Other Services button on the top right-hand
menu.
2. Choose Change Password.
3. Enter your current password. Enter you new password and re-enter
again to verify. Click Submit.
4. Click Sign Off. You will see Successful Completion
page.
5. Access Asia CyberBanking again with your new password.
Note: Your password can be both alphabetic and numeric and must be at
least 6 characters long. To prevent possible hacking, if you enter
your password incorrectly 3 times, the system will lock your account
and you have to request for password resetting at bank branch.
Change
E-mail Address
1. You can change your
e-mail address by clicking Other Services button on the top
right-hand menu.
2. Choose Change E-mail Address.
3. Enter your new e-mail address.
4. Click Submit.
Note: The only way
that Bank of Asia can contact ASIA CyberBanking users is through
e-mail. If you were to request for User ID or password resetting,
we would send you via e-mail. Thus please keep your e-mail contact
up-to-date.
Session
Summary
This section will display
every activity that you have done in Asia CyberBanking, backing
to 2 days.
1. You can view your Session
Summary by clicking Other Services button on the top right-hand
menu.
2. Choose Session Summary.
Sign
Out
After every session, please
sign off from the system. Click the Sign Off button from the
top-left
menu. After signing off, you may click sign on again to come
back to ASIA CyberBanking again or click BankAsia4U.com to
go to Bank
of Asia’s homepage.
