Switching from Other Java IDEs to NetBeans 4.1

If you want to do an automated import of an Eclipse project using your existing Eclipse project Java source files, then use the File Import command from the Import Eclipse Module available from the Welcome Screen of NetBeans IDE 4.1. The NetBeans Eclipse Project Importer is a recent enhancement that has been made available with NetBeans 4.1. It greatly simplifies the task of migrating projects from Eclipse to NetBeans.
