| What are the shipping costs and times? |

| EyesBright offers free shipping to anywhere in the U.K on all contact lenses. Price for customers ordering contact lenses outside the U.K are at present charged a standard £2.95 with every order. Shipping within the U.K is always sent by first class post and we aim to have your order despatched within 2 days. |

| How do I track my order? |
|
| As soon as your order has been processed by our payment gateway it will appear in the "Past Orders" section of your "Account". Orders that have just been received will be set to a status of entering until a member of dispatch processes it. |

| How do I return an item? |
|
If you have received a faulty product they should be return within 7 days of delivery to the following address:
