help and standard support for all customers and premium support
packages for customers wishing for additional assistance. Also,
you can take advantage of customized training services to meet your

Standard Support
All Topica customers have access to our comprehensive online
resources and contextual help tools. Our “Getting Started” guide
makes it easy for you to set-up your account and prepare your
campaigns – often so quickly that you can start mailing the same
day. A “What’s New” overview is available whenever we add a new
feature to the Topica Online Marketing and Sales Application to
enable even more successful customer conversion and retention
efforts. Topica customers also have access to assistance via
email. Email support is available 9AM to 5PM, Pacific Standard Time.
You will also receive our free monthly newsletter, which includes
updates on email marketing trends, best practices, success
stories and special offers. Let us know if you can’t find
answers to your questions in the Topica “Help Menu”.

Phone Support
Customers enjoy all benefits of Standard Support plus phone
access to our responsive Customer Success team, available 9 AM to 5
PM, Pacific time. Call us whenever you need support with creating
and tracking a campaign, or need advice on how to best leverage a
Topica feature. Get immediate support from the phone number
listed in your account.
Dedicated Account Manager
Our Dedicated Account Management service offers unlimited access
to all online resources, as well as email and phone support. You
will also be provided with a dedicated account manager and our
team of online marketing specialists will assist you in building
and running successful campaigns. With our marketing experts,
designers, and content developers, you’ll develop strategies that
exactly match your marketing and business needs and maximize your
success.
Training
Topica offers training materials and Web-based demonstrations,
helping you to optimize the effectiveness of your online
marketing programs. Our marketing experts can also work with you
to develop customized training programs designed specifically for
