Faced with the on-going challenge of meeting the needs of remote and mobile sales, services and management staff, services organizations are becoming increasingly reliant upon mobile devices. The surge in the adoption rate of mobile solutions has led the addition of mobile capabilities to our PSA application:
Changepoint PSA Pocket PC Client
 The Changepoint PSA Pocket PC client is a PDA-based disconnected client that provides users with wireless connectivity and remote synchronization by leveraging XML technology to transfer data to and from the server. Remote and mobile employees can utilize the Changepoint PSA Pocket PC client to access relevant resource and customer information, status tasks for better project management and capture time and expense information to ensure more timely and accurate invoicing.
The Changepoint PSA Pocket PC Client supports Pocket PC devices from Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, Toshiba, and new Pocket PC Phone Edition devices from T-Mobile and Siemens.
Changepoint PSA Palm Client
  The Changepoint PSA Palm Client is a PDA-based client designed for mobile users requiring off line access to critical information and relevant Changepoint PSA functionality. Benefits of the Palm Client include:
- a Home Page view summarizing the latest status on tasks or expense report approvals
- the ability to track time and expenses at any time, from anywhere
- quick access to contact information and personal options without starting up a PC or creating a second address book
- the ability to view, status and comment on tasks to keep project teams up to date.
Changepoint PSAs Palm offering consists of an application, databases and a conduit for synchronization.
Changepoint PSAs Off line Web Browser Client
 Changepoint PSAs Off line Web Browser Client provides pervasive self-serve usage for remote employees or those working with low-bandwidth connectivity through the Changepoint PSA Web Browser interface. Offering the same basic capabilities as the Palm client, off line with the expanded ability to access reports and profile pages for offline reference, the off line browser client provides for client-side data storage and synchronization using XML record sets.
