ISSUE
Steps to change the Filter Categories and Filter Sensitivity settings, allowing you to receive or stop different types of e-mail messages.

HOW-TO

Filter Categories:

Starting at your Junk Email Message Center screen.
  1. Click on the word Filter Categories.
  2. Click on the box of the setting you would like to have filtered, which will place a check in the box.
  3. To receive a category of e-mail messages DO NOT check the box.
  4. The bulk mail is turned on automatically when we activated the Junk Email button.
  5. Click on the Save Changes Button. This will save your changes and take you back to the Junk Mail Message Center screen.

Filter Sensitivity:

Starting at the Junk Email Message Center screen
  1. Click on the word Filter Sensitivity.
  2. Click on the small circle next to the Sensitivity level you desire.
  3. Click on the Save Changes button. This will save your changes and take you back to the Junk Email Message Center screen.
The default sensitivity level is Moderate.

Note: Remember you will not "lose" these messages. They will go into your Message Center and not your regular e-mail Inbox. So you will be able to view them any time you want.
