| I am getting invalid username and password and I can not connect to the Internet. |

| RESOLUTION |
1. Verify you have entered the correct username and or password. The username
and password are case sensitive.
- Make sure Caps lock is not on. This is a common problem..
- If you have a number in the password, verify the Num Lock key is on.
2. When the connect box is displayed on your screen, remove the information
in the Username and Password fields.
- You can remove the information by pressing the Backspace key,
- Then retype your username and password,
- Press the connect button.
3. Delete all of the pwl files and reboot the computer.
- Click on Start button,
- Click on Find or Search, depending on
your operating software,
- Click on Find Files or Folders,
- in the Search for files or folders named box,
- type *.pwl and press the Find now or Search button.
- Highlight the *.pwl files and delete them,
- Restart the computer.
- Type in your username and password information,
- Press the Connect button.
