| On December 2nd between the hours of 0001 and 0430, GCI personnel will conduct maintenance on the Seward Meridian node in the Wasilla cable plant. Wasilla cable modem customers in that area will experience an outage for the duration of the maintenance.

| On December 6th between the hours of 0100 and 0430, GCI personnel will migrate approximately 3000 DOCSIS cable modem subscribers in the Anchorage area in order to better balance available bandwidth. These DOCSIS cable modem subscribers will experience a brief loss of service during this maintenance. |

| On Thursday, December 8th, 2005, from 0000 to 0430, GCI will be performing maintenance on GCI's core network in Anchorage. Anchorage Dialup, multiple WISP and many dedicated subscribers will experience a service interruption during this maintenance. |
