Easytobook is part of Hotel Reservation Systems bv, with easytobook.com being its main site.

 

Easytobook.com registered five years ago as a company for hotel bookings of all kinds. At the moment we serve as a gateway to a great many quality hotels in the Netherlands. The hotels that register with us must meet the highest standards in their price range - we always look for the best possible balance between quality and cost.

 

Part of what we do to see to it that those standards are met, is to have members of our staff visit all the hotels that register with us personally. We find that this bit of extra effort improves the relations between our company on the one hand and the hotels that register with us on the other, which, in turn, proves to be of value for hotel visitors.

 

All of our employees have significant experience within our specific line of work, and in setting up our company we have made a point of learning from those experiences (the above mentioned policy being a prime example of a lesson that has been put into practice).

 

Our aim is to provide our clients with the best and easiest means to reach a satisfying experience abroad, both in terms of the hotel stay and the time spent in and around the city

where the hotel is located.

 

We take into account the fact that there are different kinds of travellers, looking for different kinds of experiences and consequently differing accommodations. We intend to provide specific and ever-up-to-date information that will be of use to all of those travellers: from leisure tourists to businessmen, from backpacking travellers to families or organized groups.

Our goal is to be of help to all.

 

At the moment, all our rooms are intended for private travellers. In the near future we will also be able to book accommodations for meetings and conferences for up to as many as a thousand people.

 

We are always looking to improve our services and to that end we are keeping ourselves involved with technological developments that aid safety and user-friendliness. (You can read about our safety standards in the “Privacy” section.) Also, we will be happy to incorporate any suggestions you might have, or to answer questions you might have about our policies etc.
