About the Clerk's Office

The Clerk's Office has many responsibilities, all dictated by the laws of the State of Florida. To carry out these responsibilities in the most efficient manner, the office is divided into two types of departments: Operating Departments and Support Departments.

The Operating Departments are generally the people that you will be dealing with in carrying out your day-to-day business with our office. The Support Departments, as the name implies, provide support to the Operating Departments - in order to ensure that those departments are able to provide you with the best possible services.
