Having a problem?
If
you have a problem with processing your credit card payment, we have identified
two possible causes. Unfortunately, we cannot help with either. If you do
need an alternative, we can provide other payment options such as PayPal or
dirct transfer of funds. Email us at sales@projectperfect.com.au The two problems
are:
- A daily limit
on the amount you can process on a credit card which is below the amount
you are trying to process
- Some cards
- corporate cards in particular - have a ban on transactions outside their
country of issue
If
you do have a problem processing a payment, we suggest you contact your credit
card company to determine if one of these problems applies to your card.
