Prices
1. Why are the prices so low?
As one of the most popular booking engines we benefit from huge buying power. We are thus able to negotiate the very best rates and make them available for you.
2. Are the prices per room or per person?
All prices on our website are per room and never per person.
3. What does the price include?
All prices displayed in our system include: cost of the room and all taxes. A lot of prices include breakfast as well. Exact information is available on the respective hotel webpage in our system.
4. Do Europe-Cities charge an extra reservation fee for it service?
No. We do not charge any extras and never will. Our services are 100% free for all guests.
Booking and payment
1. Do I need to have a credit card to make a booking?
Yes, your credit card details are required to hold the reservation for you.
2. Do I have to prepay my stay?
Generally no. 96% of our hotel deals are available without any prepayment. Only in Poland, hotels available online require prepayment at the moment of booking.
For all hotel reservations outside Poland, we do not require any prepayment.
3. How do I pay for my stay?
The payment occurs directly at the hotel. You may pay cash or with credit card, whatever is more comfortable for you.
4. How do I receive confirmation of my booking?
Once you have completed and submitted our reservation form to us, the booking is being made and we send you confirmation voucher via e-mail. Therefore it is CRUCIAL that you fill the correct e-mail address into the booking form.
5. What will you do with my credit card details?
Once you supply us with your credit card details, we will pass these details on the hotel of your choice to hold the rooms for you. We only use secure channels (SSL technology).
6. Will you send my credit card details anywhere else than to the hotel I book?
No. We do not even store your credit card details. Your credit card is sent to the hotel of your choice to secure your reservation. Once the details are sent, all your credit card details are erased from our system. Nowadays, hotels require credit card guarantee invariably.
Cancellation
1. How do I cancel my booking?
In order to cancel your booking, you shall follow the instructions listed on the confirmation voucher you receive from us at the moment of booking. The confirmation voucher gives deadlines for booking cancellation. These deadlines are listed also on the respective hotel pages.
2. How much does it cost to cancel the reservation with you?
Exact cancellation conditions are clearly stated on the confirmation voucher you receive from us at the moment of booking. Cancellation fees vary from nil if you cancel over 3 days prior to the arrival to an average one-night cost at the hotel of your choice in the case that the guest does not show up at the hotel on their arrival date .
3. How will the cancellation fee be charged?
The cancellation fee will be taken from your credit card. That is the only case, when hotel charges your credit card. It is necessary to respect hotel cancellation policies. Once you make a booking, your room becomes unavailable for other customers.
