Digiweb NZ Ltd are our Internet Hosts and keep us out there on the Internet 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Once a month we send out a short sharp ‘Friendly E-News’ to our Hosts. This usually provides comparative statistics with the same period of the previous year and informs Hosts of any developments on the site.

Accommodation Promotion Services Ltd's web site is a booking fee based site. Hosts pay a one off set up fee and then only pay when our web site secures them a confirmed booking. At that time a 15% non refundable booking fee is paid direct to us by the guest before the guest can receive a confirmed booking notice.

The web site provides guests with an up to date list of available accommodation.

Hosts must undertake to update their accommodation availability when they obtain bookings from another source. Their web site automatically updates itself when a booking is secured through the web site

Hosts will be given access to their Home Page via a password to enable them to update the availability or to change tariffs or to promote special events.

Draft Home Pages will be on line for Host’s approval within 10 days of the receipt of their material and cheque by us.

Hosts can join us on line or by using our hard copy application form. Both systems can be reached by ‘clicking’ on ‘list now’ on the top menu bar.'

Standards & Inspection
Accommodation Promotion Services Ltd requires that their hosts have been inspected prior to registration with us.  We accept the inspection standards of most companies and organisations.  Please include the details of the inspection in the spaces provided on our application form and online registration form
