give you all the indications to get to this B & B from the airport,
railway station or Piazzale Roma, terminal for cars of Venice.
RESERVATION
SYSTEM
Reservation
is made with credit card number, cardholder's name, expiring date
sent by e-mail to the manager.
You
don't need to pay in advance, credit card number is only to guarantee
your reservation!
Payment by cash (in EURO) or travellers' cheques will be personally
done by you directly to the owner when you arrive here in Venice.
CANCELLATION
POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS
It'll
be possible to cancel your reservation till 7 days before your arrival,
after that in case of cancellation following penalties will be applied:
from
7 days until 3 days before the beginning of the stay: a charge of
1 night.
3
days before the beginning of the stay: a charge of 50% of total
amount of the stay
The penalties will be directly deducted with your credit card number.
Guests read and accept all conditions written above.

Madonna
dell'Orto Church:The name derives from a miraculous image of the Madonna
who one scultor had placed in its house garden and that soon began to being
venerated from the inhabitants of this district. The church is a fundamental
stage in order to know the painting of Jacopo Robusti called the Tintoretto
who here was buried with the sons in the right chapel close to the main
altar.
Guggenheim
Museum:
the building should have characterized with its magnificence the last
part of Gran Canal: these were at least the purposes of the first owner
who built it in the eighteenth century. The building joins Gran Canal
with the channel on the rear part with two wings closing a rectangular
courtyard in wich should have hosted wild animals (this explains the name
of the building: leoni means lions!). Actually only the ground floor facing
the Gran Canal was built using a white stone called "Pietra d'Istria":
on the rear side there's the garden. Building was bought in this century
by american collector Peggy Guggenheim, and became soon one of the most
important place for contemporary works. Exhibiting masterpieces by Kandinsky,
Pollock, Ernst, Chagall, Dalμ and many others.
Ca'
D'Oro: Once upon the time was considered one of the most sumptuous buildings
of Venice for the beautiful colours of its facade, Ca' D'oro knew an unlucky
period becouse of the several restorations made during five centuries of
history, till baron Giorgio Franchetti bought it at the end of XIX century
to create an art gallery. 
I
puts at disposal of the guests just few rooms in an elegant
and fascinating corner of Venice, right close the famous Cà
D'oro Museum. Rooms are furnished with wooden furniture and
Venitian wall covering, real Venitian marble floors and elgant
bathrooms with shower and bathtub complete the offer of B&B
Al Palazzetto. The closest boat stop is just 150 mts far at
Cà D'Oro, from where is possible to easily get to Rialto
(1 Stop) or take a ride along the Grand Canal. Both Rialto area
and Piazza San Marco are reachable on foot in less than 5 and
8 minutes. Davide will be at your complete disposal in helping
with any need you should have while in Venice.
