Shipping limits:

We ship via UPS Ground or 2nd Day air anywhere in the continental United States. We occasionally ship via USPS, but only on select items. You will be sent a tracking number via e-mail after your order has shipped. All tubs and heavier items that UPS can not deliver is shipped via freight truck. Read about our shipping rates.

Customer guarantee:

All parts sold through Clawfootsupply.com are warranted through the manufacturer. All of our items carry at least a one year warranty. Quite a few items carry a lifetime warranty. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Return policy:

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Special order items such as tubs are not returnable. Items that have been installed are not returnable. If they are defective, please contact us and we will either ship a replacement part or replace the whole item at our discretion. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. All returns must be sent in original packaging including the box. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Missing Items / Damaged Goods:

All items are packaged securely to arrive safely at your door. Upon arrival, open all boxes and check for damage or missing parts. We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped correctly. If you do find damage or missing parts, please notify us within 5 working days upon receipt of goods.
