Check-in time is between 3.30 PM and 6.30 PM. Rooms and golf carts will not be available until 3.30 PM. Check-out time is 10.30 AM.
Check-outs after 10.30 AM will be charged a late check-out fee of $25.00 per hour.
A deposit equal to 50% of your reservation is due at time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival.
The Marsh Harbour Inn accepts Visa and Mastercard. Payment by credit card is preferable, although a personal check is acceptable.
A fourteen (14) day advance notice of cancellation is required for a refund. There is a $25.00 per room, per night fee for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival and no shows (cancellations without notice) will be charged the full price of stay.
There is no minimum stay on regular weekdays and weekends. During certain holiday, a three night minimum stay may be required, and an additional $25 per night will be added to normal room rates. These holidays are as follows: New Year's, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Rates are based on double occupancy. An additional $25 fee (per room/per night) is added for additional persons and rollaway service.
A generous buffet-style continental breakfast is served each morning between 8.00 AM and 9.30 AM.
Responsible, parentally supervised children are welcome at Marsh Harbour.
We cannot accommodate guest pets.
The inn is a nonsmoking establishment. Smoking is permitted outside.
