Replacement of a Drivers License or Identification Card Due to Hurricane Katrina

A citizen that has evacuated from Louisiana, Mississippi or Alabama due to Hurricane Katrina may request a replacement Drivers License (DL) or Identification Card (ID) by contacting the state directly. See below for the contact information for the different States.
