Business Awards19th May 2005 – After winning the Southend on Sea Ecommerce business awards, and Essex Ecommerce awards in previous years, Affordable Services has now 2 companies entered and in the finals for Essex 2005. No longer running the category for ecommerce essexuncovered.com is now under the category for Information Technology. The award is broad and covers IT as in development. Essexuncovered.com with its pioneering technologies set the standard for clubbing sites throughout the country. Affordable Services is also a finalist for new business with its entry for Sunglasses Shop. Although the company has been trading online for several years the shop front is a fairly new venture in to the group’s success.
