Motril
Situated on the southern slopes of the "Sierra Lujar"
(2000 meters high) and about a ten minute drive from Motril, this
rural property takes its name from the avocado trees ("aguacates")
that were cultivated here.
On the estate there are several self-catering holiday cottages with
one or two bedrooms and private terrace areas. The focal point of
the "Finca" is a very nice swimming pool surrounded by
palm trees and terraces.

In addition the finca has a spacious dining room open to all guests
and the private dwelling of the German Italian couple that runs
the finca.
The holiday estate has all you need for a perfect holiday in rural

The mildest climate in Europe, sun, sea views, tranquillity, fresh
and pure air, recently harvested fresh vegetables.

If you love good food, eat in the dining room and enjoy the high
quality mediterranean cuisine prepared by Rafaela, who ran a top
Italian restaurant in central Cologne before she moved to the peace
of Andalucia. "Slow" food not fast, is her speciality,
carefully prepared and eaten with plenty of time.
The 4 holiday homes are very comfortable and tastefully furnished.
The equipment is to a high standard. (See the individual descriptions
of the rental units). All houses have their own private terrace
in front of the house
There are 3 cats and 3 dogs, all friendly, living on the property
so we do not recommend it for people that dislike animals!
The sea and the good beaches of Salobrena, Costa Tropical are just
10 - 15 minutes by car. Granada and Sierra Nevada are a 1 hour drive
away.
All facilities for shopping, banks and hospital in Motril at 6 kilometres
distance.

to 31.10. Parking on the estate and on the road.

Use of the washing machine ( 2,5 EUR ).

Internet connection in the apartments costs 5 EUR / week
