Move over Donald Trump! You’ve just met your match Northwestern Style! Or so you’d think meeting Loren Castillo. Much like the young Donald Trump, Loren was very competitive at an early age excelling in High School Track and Field, and earning a black belt in Karate at age fifteen.
During college, he and a friend started Bliss Enterprizes, a Snow-Skate-Wake & Motor cross Apparel company, which later funded the purchase of his first home when it sold to a bigger fish all at the age of 22. Loren first became interested in Real Estate after reading, Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. While Kiyosaki awakened Loren to the world of Real Estate, and motivated him to become a more savvy investor, Loren did not foresee that his experience and natural entrepreneurial drive would lead him into Real Estate as a career.
Loren went on to work in sales for Harley Davidson, and run painting, pressure washing, and landscaping businesses before his bigger goals as an investor began to create a powerful pull toward Real Estate. Following in the footsteps of his dad, a laborer by trade, Loren believes that integrity, and a good work ethic have been the cornerstones of his success in his past business ventures, and these same values are what has made him a well-liked and respected Real Estate Consultant for more than two years.

Gertrud was born and raised in Denmark. She developed a taste for traveling, living
in England, Australia and on the East coast of the United States. 20 years ago she
decided to settle down in Portland with her husband, in Lake Oswego.
Prior to becoming a Realtor and an Associate Broker, Gertrud managed a college book
sales division here in Portland. Extensive customer service and her sales ability made
her a natural for the field of real estate. Her Associate Broker designation reflects
her commitment to education within the scope of her real estate practice. She
exhibits the winning combination of sales ability and genuine customer care.
She has many hobbies and loves the outdoors, whether hiking in Mt. Hood, walking
her dog on the beach, visiting the vineyards in Yamhill County or just having a BBQ
with friends. Gertrud’s joy and friendliness are a welcome addition to the team and
we know she will be very successful.

Born and raised in Oregon, Jason worked at Viking Freight Systems while he attended college at Western Oregon University. His employment at Viking gave him an appreciation of hard work and solid business operations. In 1998 he graduated from college and moved to Hawaii with his wife. He worked at Hawaii Electric Light Company (HELCO) and thoroughly enjoyed living in Hawaii. Hawaii will always hold a special place in his heart and he hopes to own real estate there someday.
While always interested in investing and entrepreneurship, Jason did not expect to become a real estate agent; but his interest in it peaked after purchasing his own home when he moved back to Oregon. His own buying experience impressed upon him the importance of an agent to represent your interests and work on your behalf. He has been successful representing buyers and sellers in the past four years by giving people the same kind of service he would want and expect.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Melissa Henry relocated to Oregon in 1997. Melissa began her professional career in Oregon with Sterling Savings Bank. Melissa spent 5 years with the bank, working as a loan officer and account executive. It was there that she developed relationships with the bank’s top clients. One of whom, was Beaverton’s top Real Estate Agents. After months of prodding, he finally lured her to the real estate industry.
She broke from Sterling Savings Bank to be the transaction coordinator for Real Estate Executives. After spending 2 years in the position, she needed a small break to have her 3rd child. After spending a year at home with her 3 children, she felt it was time for a new professional adventure.
Through her Sterling Savings connections, she once again has become united with a Real Estate Agency who was up and coming. This time it was Portland Power Search. She has joined the team as the transaction coordinator. Her experience is invaluable to the teams leap at success, as she will be involved with every deal from the beginning to the end.
