Have stayed at your hotel with my husband on three occasions while
he was in the city on business. Our room overlooking the lake and
park was just magnificent. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels
and have been much less impressed with the room, services(such as
parking and free shuttle), and friendly ambiance than I have been
with the Essex. It's also very convenient to shopping, museums, etc.
Perfect for us. Thank you to the staff at the Essex.

This hotel was just wonderful, not only was it affordable but the
rooms were great. The location is highly convenient. I thank the Essex
for providing wonderful memories of my time in chicago and can't wait
to return.
