WASHINGTON – With the on-set of the African hunger season, top leaders from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the UN World Food Program (WFP) will provide an update on the ongoing food crisis in Southern Africa (affected countries include Malawi, Zambia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Lesotho).

Learn what the U.S. and the international community are doing to avert a humanitarian crisis and the outlook for the vulnerable populations of region.
