Scenic mountain tour to the temple of Chavin de Huantar. 1 day. |

A spectacular drive over mountain roads takes you into the temple
of Chavin de Huantar declared a Heritage site by UNESCO in 1975. The
interior galleries, some of which can be explored to see the famous
“lanzon”, a 5 m monolith with bas-reliefs. The “Cabezas
Clavas”, mythical stone figures, can be seen on the walls outside
of the temple. |

A full-day tour through the warm valley Callejon de Huaylas. 1 day. |

A full-day trip through the warm valley – Callejon de Huaylas
– with its charming little towns, Tarica, Carhuaz, Yungay and
Caraz. Visiting the two beautiful lakes Llanganuco (turquoise water)
– located in a narrow glacier valley, flanked by the peaks Huascaran
and Huandoy, being part of the National Park Huascaran. You go for
a short walk, enjoying the local flora and spectacular scenery. |

Tour to the glacier Pastoruri in the National Park. 1 day. |

During the trip to the glacier Pastoruri in the National Park Huascaran
you will see Puya Raymondi rose bushes. They are unique to this area.
You will also visit gasified water springs. A 30-minute walk will
lead you to Pastoruri , a pleasant and enjoyable place where you will
see a variety of Andean flora, beautiful ice formations and the fantastic
surrounding snow-capped mountains. |

Kayaking in River Santa (Full Day). 1 day. |

On this exiting
adventure excursion you are going to Huaraz-Yungay-Caraz. Start at
09:00 AM. Our guide will give you instructions and you are able to
do some exercises. Then off you go for a spectacular rafting experience
on the River Santa! In Caraz you can relax a little bit. We take you
back to Huaraz. |

Visit of the Wilcawain ruins of the Wari culture and we wil arrive at the the thermal baths of Monterrey. It's an option to go climbing as well this day. |

Quebrada Huaytapallana. We leave from Humacchuco (Llanganuco) to the base of the mountain Huandoy (6393m). From here we go continue our walk to the glacier, an 8 hour walk. |

Laguna 69, a walk trough forest and along waterfalls will bring us to the beautiful lake 69 at 4800 meters above sea level . From the lakeside we can see a lot of mountains, Chacraraju 6108, Chopicalqui 6354, Pisco 5752, Yanapaccha 5309 and the Huascaran the highest mountain in Peru with 6788 meters. 6 hour walk. |

Taullipampa - Llamac Corral will go by the Lake Jatuncocha and we'll be able to observe the snow mountains: Quitaraju, ALPAMAYO, Pucahirca, Taullipampa, Artesonraju, Santa Cruz, and others. |

Llamac Corral (3800) - Cashapampa (2900) transfer to Huaraz arrival to the hotel. |

Breakfast. Transfer: Huaraz - Pitec walk until arriving to the bifurcation between the Quilkayhuanca gulch and the Cayesh base camp. |

Walk toward the Lake Cuchillacocha, (4500) and Lake Tullparaju (4700) view of the snow mountains: Pucaranra, Chinchay, Tullparaju and Andavite. Return to base camp. |

base Camp Cayesh Gulch Place from where one can observe the snow mountain Cayesh famous for its technical difficulty, San Juan, Maparaju return to base camp. We lift the camp to go to Pitec. Transfer and transport to Huaraz. |
