Cancellation Policy

- We require a one night deposit in order to guarantee your reservations.
- Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to date booked otherwise a one night fee will be charged.
- For reservations of 5 nights or more a 2 night fee will be charged. If we are able to resell your room a refund will be credited.
- If notification of cancellation is received prior to 14 days to date booked, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
