| Payment Information
When you review and accept host family profile, you will need to pay VHA the
1st month payment plus placement fee and airport pick up service as soon as
possible. Upon receipt of your payment, VHA will immediately reserve
homestay family and pay the 1st month of homestay on your behalf.
If you stay longer than one
month like most students, you are required to pay the host family directly
every month thereafter on a timely mannaer.
VHA has three methods of accepting the payment:
Certified Bank Check payable to VHA- Vancouver Homestay Agency Inc.

By Credit Card via Paypal, You need to add 3% to the amount required on the invoice for payment processing costs. Instruction will be sent to you if wish to pay with this option. Wire or Deposit payment into our Bank account directly. Wiring instructions will be sent to you after homestay acceptance with our invoice. You need to add CDN $30.00 dollars to the total of the invoice for covering wiring transfer fees. We will require from you to send us the wiring confirmation number.
