2. What is the difference between an "Open Access" and a "Confidential" resume? An Open Access resume enables a Corporate Member to see a Candidate's personal contact information as part of their resume. If the Candidate selected to post their resume in the "Confidential" format, then their personal identifying information will not be visible. Also, the information in their Career Time Line may be somewhat generic.

8. What if I want to search for candidates with more than one sub-discipline? You may hold down the Control Key and select (highlight) more than one sub-discipline. The form will ask if you want the candidates to meet all selected (highlighted) criteria, or some of them.
If you want to ensure that all possible matches have been identified, we recommend that you submit a different Job Profile for each different title, industry, or discipline if you are conducting a specific search.

9. I've just performed a Job Profile Search and there are no matches, why? It is possible that your search criteria is too narrow and no candidates meet your specific criteria. However, we recommend you review your Job Profile to determine if it can be simplified (i.e. you can place a blank in any two of the 3 search fields to conduct a generic search). If this problem persists, please call or email us and we will look into the Profile you are seeking. Also, you can request to be notified if new resumes which match your Job Profile are added to the database.

10. How do I request to be notified of new resumes that are added to the database, which match a Job Profile I have submitted? When you create a Job Profile, you will see a small box next to the phrase, "Send new resumes for this Profile to my Smart Search In-box" -- just click on it and our computer will send new resumes, which match this Job Profile, to your Smart Search In-Box. When you uncheck the box next to that Job Title (in the Profile Activity screen), it will stop sending new resumes to the In-Box and delete all corresponding resumes that are in the In-box.
