Cervalis and NSI Software Sign Partnership Agreement

Cervalis to incorporate NSI Software’s market leading product, Double-Take, into disaster recovery solutions for its customers

Stamford, CT, March 28, 2005

Cervalis, a leading provider of premier IT infrastructure solutions, today announced that is has joined the NSI Software, Inc. (NSI®) Xcelerate Partner Program. Under the agreement, Cervalis will incorporate the NSI market leading data replication product, Double-Take®, into solutions for customers that require high availability operations.

“By choosing Double-Take, the leading data replication product in the market, Cervalis can assure its clients that their data is well protected,” said Mike Boccardi, President and CEO of Cervalis. “Cervalis’ highly skilled technical staff can now provide turnkey data replication and data recovery solutions for customers who do not accept downtime as an option,” added Boccardi.

Double-Take protects critical information such as data produced in Microsoft Exchange. Continuously capturing and replicating changes at the byte level as they occur, Double-Take replicates user selected files or entire volumes from one or more source servers to one or more target servers. The Double-Take failover capabilities enable businesses to resume rapidly after a disaster or a system outage.

“Cervalis is leveraging the opportunity to capture market share and gain competitive advantage and increased margins by integrating the value added capabilities of Double-Take to their solutions,” said Don Beeler, President and CEO, NSI Software. “As part of a larger disaster recovery solution, our leading data replication and high availability solutions help increase the value of customer deployments and Cervalis’ bottom line.”
